The proposed site, which offers spectacular views of Lehigh Valley, is located on the east and west sides of Cedar Crest Boulevard, between Walbert Avenue and Huckleberry Road, and is easily accessible from Interstate Route 22 by way of the Cedar Crest Exit a quarter mile to the south. Uses on the west side will consist of single-family, twin lots and medical office. The east side will include age-restricted single family & twin homes, apartments, village apartments as well as shops and restaurants.
The Ridge Farms fulfills priorities set in the Comprehensive Plan as well as South Whitehall’s adopted forward-thinking zoning:
